NORDIC RITUALS

In the far North, contrast therapy rituals are as simple as they are effective. It's the practice of alternating between hot and cold temperatures to invigorate the body and mind. This practice has been used for centuries to promote recovery, boost circulation, and create a sense of balance.

At PLUNJ, individuals move freely between our communal sauna, cold plunge, bucket shower, and lounge. Guests book a 60-minute spot in a public group (up to 8 participants), or secure the whole space for themselves with a private group that accommodates up to 20.
